Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Overview

SolveGini offers monthly and yearly Pro subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charge described at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page inside the app, or by emailing oakkartapp@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase, subject to the following:

  • You have used fewer than 10 Pro-only features (solves, quizzes, flashcards) since subscribing.
  • You have not previously received a refund on this account.
  • The charge is not disputed through your card issuer or UPI app (chargebacks supersede refund requests).

Refunds outside these conditions are at our discretion. If your payment failed but the amount was debited from your account, the charge will auto-reverse within 5–7 business days — no refund request is needed for these cases.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email oakkartapp@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay Order ID (starts with order_) from your receipt email
  • A brief reason for the refund

Or use our contact form and select "Billing" as the subject.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. For UPI and card payments this is typically faster (3–5 days). Exact timing depends on your bank and payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • Subscriptions used for more than 7 days from purchase date.
  • Subscriptions renewed automatically after the initial term, unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Referral bonuses, promotional credits, or free Pro days granted by admin.

7. Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from the Settings page. Disabling auto-renewal does not refund the current period — you keep Pro access until the period ends.
