1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SolveGini, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent to use SolveGini.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — do not share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
SolveGini is a learning tool. You agree to use it for educational purposes only. You must not: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or unrelated to academics; attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system; use the service for academic dishonesty during proctored exams; create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits; or resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially.
4. Free and Pro Plans
The free tier provides 20 AI solves per day and basic quiz access at no cost. Pro plans provide unlimited solves and additional features for a monthly subscription fee. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
5. Payments and Refunds
Pro plan payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used more than 10 Pro features.
6. AI-Generated Content
Solutions, quizzes, and flashcards generated by SolveGini are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently. SolveGini is a study aid, not a replacement for teachers, textbooks, or professional guidance.
7. Intellectual Property
SolveGini and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SolveGini. Questions you upload remain yours. AI-generated solutions based on your questions are provided for your personal educational use. You may not commercially redistribute bulk AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
SolveGini is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI solutions will be 100% accurate. SolveGini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy timelines.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
